VERY delicious! I made some slight changes to the recipe though; I used 8 boneless/skinless thighs and 3 tablespoons of curry powder. I cooked it in the slow-cooker on HIGH for 3 hrs, then reduced to LOW for the last hour and a half. It was so very good and my husband loved it. I served this with naan bread, hummus and jasmine rice.

Loved it. I used chicken breast instead and only made 7 pieces.

Very nice flavor for a brisk night. I love anything that can be made in a slow cooker!

I have a small slow cooker, so how do I reduce (other than halving them) and do I cook for less? Sounds delicious but please tell me how to adjust for small cooker. Thank you.

boneless skinless thighs woriked out better. the meat falls off the bones and leaves alittle bit of grisle

It was good - not great, very, very runny!

This is one of my favorite recipes. The first time I made it I accidentally used boneless/skinless chicken thighs, but they worked so well I've just stuck with them. I like to serve it with brown rice and a side salad.

My husband and I loved it. He took one bite and said "This is so good I think I need a cigarette!" I made it with chicken breasts instead of thighs and really liked it that way. The only problem was that the chicken was so tender and having no bone to hold it together, it fell apart as I took it out of the crockpot.

Fantastic! My husband was a huge fan of this...he can't stop talking about it, and I liked it because it took about 5 mintues of work for an excellent meal! I served it with jasmine rice and nann bread.
