I made a vegan version of this with tofu and veggies. It was awsome. I did add the garlic and added alittle more curry powder.but it was great!!

I don't like to be negative and normally I can find something redeeming in just about anything but this really did not taste good. It smelled wonderful but the taste just wasn't there. My husband and daughter wouldn't eat it. Maybe it just needs some fiddling with because other people really seemed to like it. And we love Indian Butter chicken and Tikki Marsala, which this recipe reminded me of. Sorry guys!

My husband and I both loved it! I did add a bit of minced garlic, garlic pepper, and celery to the salsa mixture before cooking. It turned out amazing. Surpassed my expectations

This was great. I was worried because I have never ate anything like it but we loved it. My husband didn't leave any left overs! So I would recommend it to anyone willing to try something new. It was very tasty!

Great flavour. Served with basmati rice and naan. Will definitely make again.

This recipe is wonderful and easy. Usually, a curry can be rich, but this one made with salsa is light and full of authentic flavor. Nevertheless, I added 2 TBLSP of butter to the slow cooker plus one clove of diced garlic and a stick of diced celery. I highly recommend this recipe.

Was very tasty. I forgot to add the sour cream at the end and it was good without it. Next time I make it I will be sure to add the sour cream and try it that way.

Very delicious! I don't typically like spice food, so we used a mild salsa. It was still a bit spicy, but my entire family (kids included) STILL really loved it!

Made this yesterday... it was DELICIOUS!

It was a smidge spicy for the kids, but they still ate it...they had sour cream on their plates to dip in. My husband and I both liked it very much. I added about a 1/2 cup of broth...would add more next time. I also added to potatoes, cubed. Yum!
