I have been making this for almost a year now and it is one of our favorites. I use the medium salsa to give it just a little more heat and serve with jasmine rice and lesueur peas. The leftovers are awesome and leave my coworkers drooling!!! I Have given this recipe out to many people and all have enjoyed it.

I thought this was delicious! I took Kraft's suggestion and heated the curry powder in the microwave for 30 seconds. It was a little mild, so I added some hot sause to mine. I used mild salsa as my wife doesn't like spicy stuff, and even then she thought it was hot. We cooked brown rice on which we served it. Delicious. I used the high heat in the slow cooker so that we could do it in less time.

My family and I love spicy foods, so I added some cayenne pepper to this. We will definitely make this again. Already on my grocery list for next month.

Pretty good! I'd never made anything "curry" before and was happy with it. The downside, my house smelled like curry for 3 days

This was absolutely delicious! My husband and I both loved this and I will definitely make this again. I substituted cumin for the curry and added some thyme and bay leaves to the mixture. I also sprinkles some dried rosemary on chicken before pouring the salsa mixture over it.

The chicken was so good! I followed other people's suggestions and added potatoes and extra curry. I also added a whole can of chicken stock. I think that made it too runny and would suggest either not adding it, or adding less. Great leftovers though!
