I loved how easy this recipe was! It works the best when served with rice and a green vegetable (just to balance things out). I also took the advice of past suggestions and microwaved the curry. My roommate (who LOVES curry) thought it was excellent!

This was good, but not great. I'd add more curry and less salsa. The sour cream did help. We served shredded with rice on the side.

Great for an easy curry fix. I cooked it in a stovetop dutch oven and used large cubes of boneless chicken - still came out great.

It was simple, and you usually have these ingredients available. (Although I used chicken thighs with bones, it was cheaper - and I didn't see anything wrong with it) My husband loves the Indian style food, so he really enjoyed this recipe. Unfortunately, I am not a big fan of curry, but even to me it was good. Simple and tasty, plus not that many dishes. LOL Great for a hardworking wife or husband to make in a mere seconds before they head to work and then serve after work. I served it with white rice (minute rice).

I have never used curry befor, so the flavor was different, and I felt that there was something missing. We liked it, but I would like to learn more about curry before I make it again, so I can try to add some other flavors to it. I guess it looked better than it tasted.......Brandonsnana

I enjoyed making this recipe, It was so good and really easy. When I made it I doubled the sauce part so there was plenty of sauce to go around. I didn't however double the curry powder. I wasn't sure if I should since I was cooking for alot of people. It tasted great just the way it was and everyone loved it. It even tasted good the second time around.

What a good curry this is. My husband is from England where you can get many really good curries. He loved this one. The only change I made was I added 1 extra tablespoon of curry powder. We really enjoyed this recipie. I will definately be making this one again.

I've made this dish several times and am never disappointed. While it doesn't exactly taste like a true curry, it's still a very easy, delicious meal. I've used chicken thighs, boneless skinless wings and breasts, and drumsticks. I usually serve it with brown rice. It's always a crowd pleaser.

This did not go over well with my family. Will not make again.
