Surprisingly good! Makes a perfect curry with unexpected ingredients. My husband loved it and I'll definitely make it again. I added peas and potatoes to the slow cooker and a little extra curry.

This was very delicious. I love Thai food. My mother use to make a chicken and potato curry soup and this recipe was very similiar. I followed the advice of one of the posts to add garlic, potatoes, chicken stock, and of course more curry, seasoning, and asian chile peppers and it turned out great. I thought it was better the next day. The big difference between this recipe and my mother's is coconut cream instead of sour cream. I will definitely make it again.

I have to say best curry I have had! I added another half a jar of salsa and extra curry for a more flavorful, saucy entree

We added the extra curry powder that another rater had recommended - would definitely make again, even my 16 year old very picky son liked it.

We doubled the curry and added 1/4 tsp of minced garlic. We also used boneless chicken breasts. It was delicious! So tasty, and so easy!
