Slow-Cooker Chicken Curry

My family really liked this recipe. I decided to add a can of potatoes and some frozen peas and carrots. As well as some liquid coconut. It made it taste a little sweeter.

It was delicious, very tasty, even the kids loved it!

I have made this recipe at least twice. I love it and I will make it again.

It was ok. Had a nice flavor but prob. not something I would make all the time.

would make it again but needs either more sour cream or something to thicken the sauce. it was to runny. Had over rice.

It was alright, the flavors weren't strong enough. I would not make this again

I surprised my wife and made this dish. We are not big fans of curry, but I wanted to do something different besides grilling. It turned out pretty good and it was very, very easy.

I have made this recipe several times. My husband and I love it and it is very easy to make. For a no fuss meal, you can't go wrong. It is very flavorful. I usually serve it over Jasmine rice. Yum!

This was the first meal I cooked with my new crock pot. Not only was it very simple to follow, requiring very little ingredients, but the taste was superb. All four of my boys ranging from 10-15 years old asked for seconds and begged me to make it again. My 15 year old actually said that he'd wash the crock pot every evening if I made this for him everyday.
