Used on 1/2 cup sour cream. It turned out better than I expected, although it did need just a little salt. I also used 2 1/2 tb of curry as well.

I've made this several times and usually serve it with Curry-roasted Cauliflower, naan, and a chutney or raita. I use a little less sour cream and sometimes blend it with nonfat yogurt for a lighter taste. I use boneless thighs and it cooks more quickly.

Wonderful recipe. I used boneless thighs and mild salsa, and served it with couscous. The meat stayed tender and moist. I used less than 1 cup of sour cream so as not to dilute flavor. Definhitely better to start with less than 1 cup sour cream and add gradually according to personal taste. Next time I will mkae with a spicier salsa. This is an excellent recipe and would be wonderful when entetaining guests. Will definitely make this again.

This is the first time my slow cooker produced something with an actual taste and I am pleased to inform everyone that the taste is amazing. I love curry so I added more powder. I will definitely make it again.

The aroma alone had my guest waiting in line for this dish. I used boneless, skinless chicken breast instead of thighs. LOVED IT !!

This was very, very tasty. I tried it with and without the sour cream. Without it, it is spicy and hot! When you add the sour cream, it is a totally different dish: creamy and earthy. It is a must to serve it with brown rice and steamed vegetables.
