I was skeptical, but this was just excellent. I added some salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to the chicken before covering it with the curry mixture. It's a keeper.

Excellent - I used Peach/Pineapple salsa - will add sliced yellow or red peppers when I make it again - also want to use chicken breasts - this recipe is a "keeper."

This was so good! It is the closest to a "real" chicken curry dish that was cooked at home I've ever tasted! I used medium salsa, and it ended up being pretty hot after cooking all day, so keep that in mind

i made this for my mom and husband and didnt have curry and used basil and added a can of chicken broth and it was really good !!! i will be making it again

This was a great recipe. I used hot curry powder and added a little salt and pepper directly on the chicken. My husband (who isn't a big curry fan) loved this recipe. Would definitely make it again.
