This was a great recipe. I used hot curry powder and added a little salt and pepper directly on the chicken. My husband (who isn't a big curry fan) loved this recipe. Would definitely make it again.

I also used breasts and substituted 1 t. basil for the curry, since my husband doesn't like curry. Used a medium salsa, so it was a little hotter than I expected, but we like hot! Simple, and good!

I love this recipe. So good and very easy to make. I added some cubed potatoes to the dish and one time added some baby carrots. We also eat this with Naan or tortillas. Each time I make this it is a big hit.

This was very easy to make, and despite the small number of ingredients, it had a very authentic curry taste. I used skinless drumsticks in place of the thighs, and they turned out very well after just 8 hours.

I'm not a huge fan of curry but thought I'd try this because it sounded easy. I was pleasantly surprised! The flavor is excellent!

I also used chicken breasts and baked them covered with foil instead of thighs and in the slow cooker. It was very good and my family really liked it -- but we love curry. And speaking of curry the heating tip was great to know about.
