This was an okay dish for me. It was very easy to make. I did use chicken breast instead of thighs. I don't Think I will be making this again.

I absolutely loved this recipe. It works well with chicken breasts also. It was wonderful. I used the sweet curry powder from Penzey's Spices and it was perfect! I've also tried making it with boneless pork chops with prett good results. I urge everyone who would like to try cooking with curry to try this recipe, you won't be dissapointed!

Very good and easy. I used curry paste instead of powder and dried onion flakes instead of fresh, and it turned out fine. Sauce was a little thin for us but still good.

Savory comfort food with a healthy twist! I used boneless, skinless thighs and added 4 breasts. Great over egg noodles. I didn't think I'd like this because I don't care for salsa. It was amazing and now is a weekly regular at our house. My wife loves it!

This was ok, very bland though. I don't plan on making this one again.

This was great! We used chicken pieces instead of on the bone. I also added some extra curry since it didn't taste very strong after cooking all day. Overall a great flavor and a perfect dinner and really easy since you leave it to cook itself all day. I will make it again.

This dish is very tasty and with so few ingredients and the use of the crock pot; it's almost too good to be true. Even my (5) and (6) year old children enjoyed it. Bon appetite!

My husband, who is very picky, loved this recipe. He now even asks me when I'm going to make it again! Really good recipe for moms with little time!

The whole family loved this one, even our "picky" eater. I was really unsure about the salsa, but it works. The kids are already asking when I'll make it again.
