The whole family loved this one, even our "picky" eater. I was really unsure about the salsa, but it works. The kids are already asking when I'll make it again.
I absolutely love this recipe. I opt to cube the chicken and keep it in the sauce, but the results are wonderful. I make this at least once a month. I would and have suggested this to friends and family.
A little disappointed with the "yawn" of flavor. I know Kraft is trying to make this dish healthier but it really needs salt and something else. Be sure to get almost all of the skin/fat off of the thighs otherwise it will be horribly greasy. Either way I have found you must skim grease off the top. Chicken was tender and the gravy was good.
AWESOME. So easy, and so good. Husband, who loves curry, loved it. I used frozen chicken breasts and generic salsa, served it over white rice. So good, this will definitely be served again. thanks.
Excellent! I wasn't sure about the salsa and curry combo, but it worked beautifully. The only changes I made were the addition of a generous dose of salt and pepper on the chicken, and regular sour cream. Served with basmati rice. Yum!
I really enjoyed this recipe. I used a red curry in the recipe, it was spicy. Actually a little too spicy for my 4 yr. old. However, I loved it! The chicken was so tender and tasty. I also used regular sour cream instead of the low fat version. I would make this again.
It was good, but not great. It lacked a broad flavor. I even added red pepper flakes and garlic to it but it just seemed bland. Easy to do though, and was good enough to maybe to do again.
I was not really crazy about this meal. It wasn't bad but it just wasn't my taste. It was a nice healthy meal, I served it with brown rice and a salad. If you like curry, you'll probably love it!
Very good, very tender. I took the leftovers to work for lunch the next day and everyone was asking -- What is that? It smells so good!
My family said "OH MY GOSH, this is GOOD". This recipe is very easy to throw together as you get ready for work and it is ready when you get home. I just had to make a vegetable and "Dinner" was on.
