I was not really crazy about this meal. It wasn't bad but it just wasn't my taste. It was a nice healthy meal, I served it with brown rice and a salad. If you like curry, you'll probably love it!

Very good, very tender. I took the leftovers to work for lunch the next day and everyone was asking -- What is that? It smells so good!

My family said "OH MY GOSH, this is GOOD". This recipe is very easy to throw together as you get ready for work and it is ready when you get home. I just had to make a vegetable and "Dinner" was on.

Made this several times including for company on a heart healthy diet. They loved it - and it was so easy and hassle free. highly recommended.

I used thighs that were already skinned and it took no time at all to prepare. I also browned them in my Le Crueset dutch oven and poured the balance of the ingredients over and cooked this in my oven on 300 for 2 hours instead of the crock pot and it came out perfect! This was surprisingly easy and super delicous!

This was very good! If your not a spicy person, hold off on part of the curry, but overall it was great and easy to make!

My husband loved this dish. This receipe is very close to the Indian dishes we had when living overseas.
