Disgusting. Made this for my husband, an avid curry lover, and he had to choke it down. I couldn't eat it. Wish I knew what to say to make the recipe better other than skip it and find something else.

Maybe I was just lacking in culinary skills the day I made this, but the entire house hated it. =(

So good! If you love curry and need a fast and easy meal make this! I did a little changes.. Used 3 tls instead of 2, I chopped some celery and added it along with the onion... About 2 hours before I was going to serve, I added a bag of frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots... I also used chicken breast.. Served it over rice.. we had a lot left over, it went a long way, and we have 5 people in our family.. so 2 meals out of it!

I couldn't believe how easy this was. I was skeptical about the salsa but it really worked. I served it with basmati rice and naan bread.....yum!

I love this simple curry and have passed it on to my friends. It smells incredible and you can clean out the fridge when cooking. I added another Tbsp of curry, carrot, celery, squash, zucchini and a cup of chicken broth. Served over couscous and my husband said it was my best slow cooker recipe yet!

I typically love curry but my family and I were not crazy about this recipe. I served with brown rice and broccoli. I probably won't make it again.

This was ok. My husband did not like it at all. I did think it was better the next day

This recipe is good although I agree with other posters that said it is bland. I used 3 tablespoons of curry instead of 2 and added Adobo for additional seasoning and salt. I also used greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it was a nice change. Used mixed veggies rather than onions because that's what we had in the fridge. Will definitely make again with these few changes.

The recipe seemed boring to me, so I added a Tbs of ginger and chili powder, 1/3 cup of chicken broth, and a Tbs of soy sauce and served over brown rice. My husband said it was the best meal of the week!!
