This recipe was so easy...I used the boneless, skinless chicken thighs, a little more expensive, but easy and very tender. I also think it needed a little salt...but, my kids are the finikiest eaters, and they loved it. I couldn't believe it. The house smelled great! Very delicious!

I cooked this for a group of 15 people for dinner. EVERYBODY loved it and didn't stop talking about it all night. Since I don't like spicy food, I was really worried about it being too spicy for me to eat, but it was the best crock pot chicken dish I have ever had - there was no spice to it at all, just great flavor.

SO EASY to make and chicken turned out tender and juicy. Will definitely make again...just be sure to adjust your slow cooker speeds accordingly. Our's if very hot, and we cooked our meal in half the time.

My husband didn't like it, but I thought it was ok. I might try to make it again, I think I'll just modify a few things.

My husband and I really loved this recipe--he likes spicy foods and suggested that next time I make it, to use medium or hot salsa versus the mild I used this time. Great though...and I will definetely make this again!!

I was a little disappointed in this recipe. I love the texture of slow cooked chicken, but the curry and salsa combination just didn't do anything for me. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and fat free sour cream. Next time I will probably omit the curry; I guess it wouldn't be curry chicken then, huh?
