The only problem is that the chicken falls off the bone and we had to be very careful to pick them out. I tried it with boneless breasts and while drier it was definitetly easier to eat.

We had neighbors over for this recipe, and it was a huge hit, even with their 3 year old. The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the flavor was remarkable. The tip on microwaving the curry powder was great.

This was SO good- so easy-my husband loved it! Makes your house smell so good as it slow cooks- will be making this one quite a bit! VERY good- and great the next day!

This is a wonderful recipe. I didn't use the salsa the last time that I made it..great both ways!
