soooo good. Changes i made: only used 1/2 lb. of ground beef. browned the beef with a little bit of taco seasoning. I didn't have any corn so i added green pepper instead at the same time as i added the macaroni. I threw in a little bit of onion powder, salt, and pepper at the end. YUMMY, would also be delicous with some sour cream

My children did not like this recipe. My husband and I added cayenne pepper and onion salt, which helped. Next time I will add taco seasoning and about half of the cheese packet.

Easy and tasty! If you don't like onion you might want to leave out bcuz it gives quite an oniony taste. I left it in and loved it but my 3yr old wouldn't touch.

We really liked this recipe. It was easy and I had all of the stuff to make it. It does remind me of lots of other recipes I have made though. Not a standout.

Entire family loved this one! I added the white portion of the chopped green onion in with the ground beef as it was browned. Once served I added additional salsa and sour cream to each bowl and topped the sour cream with the green portion of the opnion. The additional salsa and sour cream really adds.

I added a half-pack of taco seasoning to this to give it a little spice. It was excellent! :)

We have made this a bunch of times. We add a bit more salsa to it. We top with fresh diced tomatos & sour cream. Serve with whole grain tortilla chips. Family loves it and have served for others who like it also. Makes a bunch and work fine for leftovers.

I like mexican food..family more meat and potatoes. Gave it a try tonite..I like it, thats all that matters. Made the mac alone and added it to the ground beef that I cooked with taco seasoning for more of a zing. Then added the salsa and cheese packet and warmed through. Added mexican cheese to top. Not bad at all! left overs for lunch tomorrow!
