What You Need

lb. extra lean ground beef

cups water

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese

cups frozen corn

1/2

cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

green onion, chopped

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

ADD water, salsa and Macaroni; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Add corn and Cheese Sauce; stir. Cook 2 min. or until heated through.

This is a great meal to make after a long day at work and you need to make something for the family.It is soooo easy and very filling.

This was very easy to make and very tasty!! I added green and red peppers instead of corn and threw them in with the pasta. They held together better that way rather than cooking them with the meat. I also added the chili powder and salt and pepper. I served it with the corn casserole and it was a great combo.

Easy to make and tastey. I used the tbsp of chili powder when browning the meat and used hot picante sauce for an extra kick.

I made this for dinner and everyone loved it...I added more fresh salsa to it to jazz it up and topped with fat-free sour cream and chopped jalepenos from the garden. YUMM!
