I've made this several times and each time the family likes it. It's even in our regular rotation.

This has become a new family favorite! My kids are crazy for it and my husband has declaired it to be his favorite mexican dish. It's a breeze to make and it's done before you know it. The only thing that I changed was that I added a pack of taco seasoning to the meat. All in all a really good meal!

I made this for a church family while their wife/mother was recuperating from surgery. It was so easy and they loved it. It is one of my husband's new favorites!

Very easy and tasty. I will leave the corn out next time, maybe try adding diced tomatoes.

Admittedly, I tried this adding cumin, chili powder as suggested previously. I even added some minced garlic with the meat. I uses Boca Crumbles as well. It did lack any flavor profile. And it was too dry... there just was too much macaroni per liquid ratio and it was just blah... I didn't hate it. We served it with tortilla baked scoops and it was better with the saltiness in the background but as a main entree, I think not. I will not be making this again.

It only took as long as was planned and was very easy, no dicing or chopping with multiple dishes!
