This is really good. I have substitued salsa for canned tomatoes and spices and it worked great that way too.

YUMMY!! I made it for me and my husband and we loved it - it did make too much for the 2 of us as we are still trying to finish it up a week later... I'm going to cut it in half next time. I used hotter salsa and that made it really good.

I made this skillet meal for my husband and myself. We were both a little nervous about it before trying it, but we think it's great! I didn't put the corn into the recipe, but had it as a side dish. I did put the corn ontop of my serving and think that I will probably add the corn in next time as well as some diced tomatoes.

It was a nice change to the ordinary Mac casseroles...I added Montreal Cajun spice and two small onions as the beef was browning for that extra little Zing!

it was ok. we liked it ok. i would suggest that you add alot of your own seasoning. this is an ok recipe when you are running low on groceries but, have the necessities at the house.

My teens said this was Wow and they tend to be picky. It was easy to make and a real comfort food. I've already made it 3 times in the last 6 weeks.

We've made this a couple times because it's so easy to make! It's great for quick weeknight dinners! My family loved it! One thing I will suggest is that the salsa should be medium or hot, because we used mild the first time we made it and we couldn't taste it! The second time we used medium and it was very good, not to spicy!
