it was ok. we liked it ok. i would suggest that you add alot of your own seasoning. this is an ok recipe when you are running low on groceries but, have the necessities at the house.

My teens said this was Wow and they tend to be picky. It was easy to make and a real comfort food. I've already made it 3 times in the last 6 weeks.

We've made this a couple times because it's so easy to make! It's great for quick weeknight dinners! My family loved it! One thing I will suggest is that the salsa should be medium or hot, because we used mild the first time we made it and we couldn't taste it! The second time we used medium and it was very good, not to spicy!

Really easy to make... great for the middle of a hetic week. I would add some chili powder for added flavor.

we really liked this one. i used ground turkey instead of beef, and omitted the onions on top. i also used rotel w/lime and cilantro instead of salsa. i used taco seasoning (1/2 a packet) like some had suggested, but this made it a bit too spicy for us. next time i won't use the seasoning.

My family absolutely loved this dish. I changed it around a bit by adding taco seasoning to the hamburger for more flavor and adding more cheese. Only dirtying one dish too was great for clean up. And it made great leftovers. Easy and great recipe that I would recommend.

Both my husband and I loved this recipe. Have made it several times. It is very fast and easy. I use the Mac & Cheese with 2 % milk to cut down on fat and calories.
