It's hard to believe we got all this goodness into a one-pot skillet dish—but true! It has ground beef, mac and cheese, salsa—and more cheese.

My kids not only ate it, but loved it, and there were no leftovers. Quick, easy, very doable. I definetly suggest it.

My husband and I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and great after a long day at work. I substituted a can of corn for the frozen and it works just fine! I've also used Light Velveeta Shells and Cheese and we couldn't tell the difference. We'll make it again and again!

I liked it but wasn't crazy about it. However, it is easy because it is not something that needs a side dish

My 2 year old really liked it! Easy and had most the stuff in the panty to make it!

This was okay, but there was nothing great about it. It was a good way to use up some stuff in the pantry though.

Everytime I serve this casserole, it gets rave reviews. I luv it! I have enhanced it a bit by adding a can of bush's vegetarian baked beans and a small can of diced (mild) green chilies. With the beans added, it is quite a hearty meal. Men really seem to love it.

It's a "keeper". I've printed and am trying several of your recipes. After 38 years of marriage, I'm pretty tired of making the same old thing and I'm sure my husband (though he doesn't complain) is tired of eating the same things. So nice to have some Good New Recipes.

This has become a regular at our house. You can add whatever you like or just fix the basic recipe. Even my husband likes it, and he's not a mac-n-cheese fan. Super easy also!!
