I liked it but wasn't crazy about it. However, it is easy because it is not something that needs a side dish

My 2 year old really liked it! Easy and had most the stuff in the panty to make it!

This was okay, but there was nothing great about it. It was a good way to use up some stuff in the pantry though.

I added Black beans, Diced green chilis, and a onion , fried in with the hamburger. Very good

Everytime I serve this casserole, it gets rave reviews. I luv it! I have enhanced it a bit by adding a can of bush's vegetarian baked beans and a small can of diced (mild) green chilies. With the beans added, it is quite a hearty meal. Men really seem to love it.

It's a "keeper". I've printed and am trying several of your recipes. After 38 years of marriage, I'm pretty tired of making the same old thing and I'm sure my husband (though he doesn't complain) is tired of eating the same things. So nice to have some Good New Recipes.

This has become a regular at our house. You can add whatever you like or just fix the basic recipe. Even my husband likes it, and he's not a mac-n-cheese fan. Super easy also!!

Very good. I followed others suggestions and added chili powder, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans. I added the cheese to the top of the skillet before serving so it would melt. Even better the next day. When I make this again I think I will add diced onions and green peppers.

This was very good. Next time I make it I will leave off the green onion and cook onion with the meat. I will also cut down on the salsa, it was a bit too spicy for the kids. The kidney beans were a good addition.

This was a very quick and easy meal to make. The entire family loved it. I also added the kidney beans. It was very good!
