It's hard to believe we got all this goodness into a one-pot skillet dish—but true! It has ground beef, mac and cheese, salsa—and more cheese.

Very good. I followed others suggestions and added chili powder, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans. I added the cheese to the top of the skillet before serving so it would melt. Even better the next day. When I make this again I think I will add diced onions and green peppers.

This was very good. Next time I make it I will leave off the green onion and cook onion with the meat. I will also cut down on the salsa, it was a bit too spicy for the kids. The kidney beans were a good addition.

This was a very quick and easy meal to make. The entire family loved it. I also added the kidney beans. It was very good!

This recipe is awesome! It's quick, easy, and very delicious. If your version doesn't have much taste, try a spicier salsa. I also add a can of kidney beans to jazz it up and add fiber. You can't go wrong with this one-skillet meal.

I love this recipe. It is soooo easy and quick. I have made it several times. Makes enough for two meals too.

I wouldn't make this again. The corn gave it an odd texture and the meal as a whole had little flavor unike what we had expected.

So good I made a second one, split it in half and froze both halves for later use.

Just awful. Very bad for you. I cannot believe people continue to make this!!! Obviously, you cannot cook very well if you think this constitutes a good meal!
