One-Pot Salsa Beef Skillet

as a single, this recipe is great! minimal mess, great-tasting, and the leftovers still taste great.

I liked the recipe very much. My husband thought it tasted great, and asked if I could make it again. And we spiced it up with my home made hot salsa. It was a quick and easy dinner.

Our family really liked this recipe! Even our toddler! I like it because it's so easy and my husband loves the leftovers. The texture is easy for our son to chew and it's not too spicy for him. We make it about once a week! Add a salad and you've got a quick, easy, and satisfying meal.

This was good. And FAST. I agree that some chili powder would be a great addition to make it more flavorful. This was a hit with my husband--he really gobbled it up and requested I make it again.

If I were to attempt making this again, I would cook the macaroni seperately , adding it in afterwards, maybe also more seasoning (taco seasoning or chili seasonings) it was bland to us. Cooking the macaroni in it just turned it into clumped slop. The leftovers wound up in the garbage.

Very good as leftovers, too

I was disappointed in this one. It was too bland - it lacked flavor. I made it as the recipe read except I used only 1 cup of corn instead of 2. We sprinkled the shredded cheese and green onions on top yet ended up needing to add a blend of additional spices that I keep on hand to help spice it up. That helped the flavor somewhat but the dish also seemed so heavy. This recipe won't make it into my recipe box.

I made this the first time when I was running late and out of ideas. It was so easy and so good! I was hoping for leftovers but there weren't any!

It's not often that my husband and I agree on something, but this was one time. I loved it for its ease and quick preparation as well as, how much flavor it had. The one skillet part didn't hurt either. We will definitely have this again. It is great served with a few tortilla chips on the side.
