Fast, easy and a good home cooked meal. Even my 1 year old ate it.

My family did not like this. I added the seasonings and extras to it but the recipe still lacked flavor. If your family likes bland dishes then this is the one.

I've already made this dish twice. My family loved it and ate every morsel. I used a little more salsa than the recipe called for since we like spicy food. I also added corn to mine and topped it off with sour cream. What an easy dinner to make!!

Quick, Easy, One Pot, Basic Ingredients... and very yummy. We also topped with sour cream. Delish! Didn't have green onion, but it was great without it.

On a busy Friday night I was able to have this tasty dish on the table within 30 minutes. My boys ate two bowls each. Add a dollop of sour cream on top for an extra tasty treat.

Mom and Dad stopped by unexpectedly. The fall Food & Family magazine was on the counter. Whipped this up and Voila!! Instant raves! Mom even asked for recipe.

This was easy to make, but not very good. It was not spicy at all - really pretty bland. My family didn't care for it.

Everyone loved this recipe....The salsa is not too spicy for my little ones & I doubled the ingredients, so we could eat it several times during the week!

Everyone cleaned their plate. 10 year old son said, 'Definately a make again!' 2 and 4 year old didn't have to be told to eat!!! Note: Used 1 small can mexicorn instead of frozen.
