Everyone loved this recipe....The salsa is not too spicy for my little ones & I doubled the ingredients, so we could eat it several times during the week!

Everyone cleaned their plate. 10 year old son said, 'Definately a make again!' 2 and 4 year old didn't have to be told to eat!!! Note: Used 1 small can mexicorn instead of frozen.

This was so easy. It's also not very expensive to make. I omitted the green onions and corn and it was still great! I'm so excited to find easy recipes that my husband actually likes!

Quick, Easy, and Delicious! My family loved this dish. It was super quick and easy to make. Great for when you are late getting home from work. Applesauce and dinner rolls on the side, and you have a full meal! My hubby took it to work the next day for lunch and said it was even better the second day.

Very good. I added pepper, chili powder, plum tomatoes and bell pepper to it. I also made it a little to spicy hot with to much Dave's insanity sauce. Will definitely make it again.
