What You Need

lb. extra lean ground beef

cups water

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese

cups frozen corn

1/2

cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

green onion, chopped

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

ADD water, salsa and Macaroni; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Add corn and Cheese Sauce; stir. Cook 2 min. or until heated through.

Easy and versatile. Didn't have salsa, so I used spaghetti sauce. Tasted equally as good. Had to add salt, peper, garlic and crushed red pepper for a little kick.

My husband and I love this recipe. It's so simple and dosen't take much at all. Great for comming home from work and you don't feel like cooking a lot.

I made this last night and I wouldnt say I was blown away by it. However it was easy to make after a long work day and my 2 picky boys ate it. I will make it again simply because its easy and the kids like it.

My husband made this for dinner tonight and 3 out of 4 of us loved it. Only my youngest son didn't like it. The best part was that my husband was able to make it and have it on the table when we got home!

This recipes was great !! my husband and son came back for seconds, i did add some taco seasoning to the meat which spice it up a bit !! i will be making this one again.
