What You Need

lb. extra lean ground beef

cups water

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese

cups frozen corn

1/2

cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

green onion, chopped

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

ADD water, salsa and Macaroni; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Add corn and Cheese Sauce; stir. Cook 2 min. or until heated through.

My boyfriend picked this recipe from one of our Kraft magazines, and it was super easy to make and very delicious! It also made more than 4 servings, so we had leftovers for lunch for the next two days. I would highly recommend trying this one.

I was a little skeptical about this recipe as my husband is super-picky and despises anything with chunks of tomato in it. I went ahead and made it, unaltered, and he RAVED about it! Thanks Kraft, for yet another 5-star meal!

I liked how simple it was to make but I thought it needed a little more flavor. Maybe next time I will use a spicier salsa.

I was surprised by this one, wasn't expecting the flavor. It had some zip to it (I used the spicier salsa) and my daughter actually ate the leftovers (she never eats leftovers). This one was good!

I really liked this and had leftovers all week. I think you could add more spice to it, but just how it is, it's terrific.
