This recipe was a big hit at my house! I didn't add anything and it was delicious! I've been asked to make it again tonight:)

So easy and very tasty. Makes alot of food so plenty of leftovers for my small family. My husband doesn't like things too spicy so instead of 1 cup salsa I use 1/2 cup.

I gave this 4 stars because I altered it. I used a taco seasoning packet, a tsp chili packet, 8oz frozen corn (1cup), and about 1/2 cup mexi blend cheese, and a bit of salt and pepper. Yummy! Easy clean up with just one pot. Would be great with garlic bread. :)

I wished I had read the reviews first, does need more spices or even use taco meat seasonings mix with it. It is easy to make and quick. Added both onions, red pepers and corn to it to pack more a veggie punch to it.

Only thing it needs are mexican seasoning after browning the ground beef. Use chili powder, cumin and garlic powder. Or you can get an envelope of taco seasoning and add a couple of tablespoons. Very good recipe.

I've been making this for quite some time now(on a by-weekly basis), my family loves it,However I do alter it a bit. I put more than the required salsa and I add on Tbs of chilli powder. Don't forget to add the Sour Cream :)
