What You Need

lb. extra lean ground beef

cups water

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese

cups frozen corn

1/2

cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

green onion, chopped

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

ADD water, salsa and Macaroni; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Add corn and Cheese Sauce; stir. Cook 2 min. or until heated through.

My entire family enjoyed this dish. We used spicy salsa and no shredded cheese on top. (My only concern is the amount of sodium.) I will definitely fix this meal again.

I loved this! I did add a little bit of chili powder and I left out the shredded cheese at the end...yummy! This will be great in the winter.

I really enjoyed the taste of this recipe, I altered it a bit since my children don't like all that extra stuff in there macaroni I eliminated the water from the recipe and just made the macaroni in a separate pot and added it after it was already made saving some for my children so they could eat theirs plain.

I am always looking for something different and quick for dinner during the week. I made this and my children loved it as well as my fiance. My children ate it with tortilla chips. Thanks for the great recipes!

I like adding any type of beans to this recipe as a variety. Zuccini is also a great choice.
