One-Pot Salsa Beef Skillet

We really liked this dinner. I made it for the first time a few nights ago and all the left over are gone! I will make this dinner again! I didn't buy the Macaroni and cheese with 2% milk, I made it with the regular macaroni and cheese. It was very rich, so I will use the 2% mac and cheese next time! I also used the whole bag of corn, because I only had a little left after putting in the 2 cups.

This was good, quick and easy! I added taco seasoning to the meat along with other spices to make it more tastey.

Because so many people said this needed a little more flavor I used a medium salsa, then it was to spicy for us. I think we would have liked bland better. We will try it again!

This is a family favorite! It's quick and good tasting. My son asks for it specifically.

The family loved it! But to me it had to much cheese in it. But I will make it again, but I will be making it with less cheese

It's such an easy recipe and my kids liked it. For me it was just okay. It didn't "wow" me.
