I found this recipe very easy to make and it tasted great too. I am also a spinach lover so that helps. My husband enjoyed it which has to be a good sign mainly b/c I an not a great cook.

I am a very picky eater...I loved this and will eat it again! The ritz crakers are really wonderful. I had chips standing by in case they were needed to help with the texture...chips were not at all necessary. WONDERFUL.

Made this last night; My 4 year old grandson wanted more and he hates spinich. Always trying new side dishes and will add this one to our holiday sides.
