I thought this was great! I patted the spinach with paper towels for a few minutes and dried it out. Maybe too much. Great flavor. Don't add too much cheese to the top.

this is almost like Stouffer's Spinach Souffle. The problem is not with recipe but with the maker. You must get all the water out of the spinach. Put in a clean towel or cloth napkin and twist and squeeze or put between 2 flat plates and squeese.. My neighbor asked is this the Stouffers Souffle youlike so much.. I said no this is mine and krafts... all in getting that water out of spinach.. I did add some sauted onion for more flavor.

I would use this more as a dip too! It was really good but filling as well. I would also nix the ranch dressing--it's already creamy enough w/ the cream cheese. This is great for when you have friends or family over or even to bring to a potlock. Yum!

I made it as a side, but really it should be more like a dip. I would make it for a gathering with crackers.

Excellent for non-vegie eaters! I used fresh spinach and it came out crunchy. Instead of ranch dressing I replaced it with regular sandwich spread and used regular crackers instead of ritz. It was still tasty and delicious. My family can't wait for the next cooking!
