Fabulous! You can really taste the dijon mustard in it. I thought the bacon was great in this. I also make a version that you heat in the oven. Add about 1/2c mayo to this recipe and heat on 350 until bubbly. Not very figure-friendly, but delicious with veggies! :)

I have made this several times for guests and just for us at home. It is great. Earns raves from whoever I serve it to.

I made this recipe with fat free cream cheese-it still tasted great! I would consider leaving out the bacon pieces next time...I didn't think it added any flavor and then it would cut down on the fat a bit!

I made this recipe this past weekend and my family loved it. I took others advice and used low fat cream cheese, added a little of milk to thin it slightly (it was very, very thick) and a little horseradish. I added all the green onions to the dip, by accident, but I think it worked out great. I will make it again, so this time I can have some.

This was just OK. The mustard was WAY too tangy. The dip smelled so good, but the taste was nothing to write home about. I would not make this again.

I just made this this weekend for a birthday party. I liked it a lot, although I thought the dijon was a bit overpowering. I won't use quite as much next time. I noticed that some people suggested adding horseradish, but that didn't seem like the right flavor to me so I added eight drops of hot sauce. Next time I will add a few more because it really added a nice flavor. I also used low fat cream cheese and cheddar cheese and it worked just fine.
