KRAFT Old-Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies recipe

I just baked these delicious cookies. Since I am a fan of peanut butter and chocolate, I added a cup of chocolate chips. Absolutely, devine!

What You Need

2-1/2

cups flour

tsp. Magic Baking Powder

tsp. baking soda

1/2

tsp. salt

cup butter, softened

cup Kraft Extra Creamy Peanut Butter

cup each granulated sugar and packed brown sugar

eggs

tsp. vanilla

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter, peanut butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.

DROP tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten each, in criss-cross pattern, with tines of fork.

BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 5 min.; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.

Storage Know-How

After cookies are completely cooled, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and place in airtight container. Store at room temperature up to 3 days. Or, freeze in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag up to 1 month. Thaw at room temperature before serving.

Substitute

Prepare using Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter.

These coookies are fantastic! Best recipe I have ever used for PB cookies - they come out soft and chewy and stay that way!

me and my friend had made the cookies, and we made 66 cookies following the same ingredents.. maybe we just made them to small. but they are super good :D

Excellent recipe. Cookies are nice and crispy on the outside and soft & chewy on the inside. A family favourite.
