I just baked these delicious cookies. Since I am a fan of peanut butter and chocolate, I added a cup of chocolate chips. Absolutely, devine!

I made the recipe exactly as shown and the batter was so light and fluffy! My cookies came out flatter and wider than the picture but were lightly crispy on the outside and stayed soft for 3 days (they only lasted THAT long because I hid some and brought them out on the third day!)

A little more crisp than I would have liked - love peanut butter cookies to be chewy & soft. Good flavour. Will reduce baking duration next time.

This is the best Peanut butter cookies gluten free recipe. The dough is easy to handle and it holds up well while it cooks.
