I had to cook this for two hours. The carrots were still hard after all that time. The flavor was good and the meat was moist. I did cover with aluminum foil. Next time I'd plan on a much longer cook time than the recipe calls for and I would cut all of the vegetables smaller than the recipes says. I added garlic, also, to help with flavor.

This made a very tasty dish and moist. I wasn't sure if I needed to cover it. I did cover with foil. It took at least two hours to cook. The smell while cooking was wonderful!

It wasn't terrible just a bit bland for my liking. If I make it again I'll have to spice it up some.

this recipe was awful, my pork loin was only 3 1/3 lbs and it was no where near done after 2 hours of baking, there was not enough liquid to cook the vegetables, and the under-cooked pork was bland with no seasoning... so here I sit after hours of waiting eating a PB&J

This recipe is easy and very good! I used apples instead of onions and combined apple cider and maple vinegar instead of using the salad dressing. Yummy!

This wasn't as yummy as other recipes I have taken from Kraft. It is important to keep basting the meat to keep it and the veggies from drying out. Our roast also came out dry and hard to chew.

My husband and I had this for dinner last night and loved it! We are trying to eat healthier so this one is great. Used sweet potato instead of white and gave it a little sweetness that was perfect. Will make again for sure.

I dropped the beets and put butternut squash in their place.

The pork was tasteless. The beets and carrots came out hard. The taste of the potatoes, beets and carrots was good.
