Easy Roasted Pork

This smart and juicy pork entrée only looks like you worked all day on it. Just 20 minutes prep and this one is on its way to delicious, with an occasional baste from you.

What You Need

boneless pork roast (3 lb.)

3/4

cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing, divided

lb. baking potatoes (about 4), cut into 2-inch chunks

beets (1 lb.), cut into 2-inch chunks

onions (1 lb.), cut into 2-inch chunks

carrots (1 lb.), cut into 2-inch chunks

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

PLACE meat in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray; brush with 1/2 cup dressing. Toss potatoes and beets with 2 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing; spoon around meat. Bake 15 min.

TOSS onions and carrots with remaining dressing. Add to ingredients in roasting pan.

BAKE 1 hour or until meat is done (145°F), basting occasionally with pan juices. Remove from oven; let stand 10 min. Slice meat. Serve with vegetables.

Always purchase meat towards the end of a shopping trip so that it is out of refrigeration for the shortest time possible. Take home and refrigerate promptly. It is a good idea to put packages of raw meat in plastic bags to avoid any leakage onto other foods, especially produce.

We don't eat a lot of pork but this recipe just sounded so good and simple to do. I made it for Sunday dinner and the family agreed it was Very Good. I'll make it again.

I cooked it for the amount of time it said to and it wasnt done at all. We were not that impressed.

Everyone loved it! Next time I will add more of the dressing for more juices and I will make more veggies. There were none left for once. I loved the way to beets turned out. Even my kids loved them.

Very good recipe, something different for pork roast which Ive been looking for. I loved the veggie combo, beets were so good! Our children (9 &2) gobbled it up. Defintely in my "keeper" file. Thanks!

My husband and I thought this recipe for pork roast was very good and different. I did par-boil the vegetables before adding them to the pork roast. Also, I used my crock pot. Everything was very tastey.

I think the cooking temperature is off. I had to cook it alot longer just to get the vegetables edible. It tasted just okay. I will save my roasts for a recipe with a wow factor.

We skipped the beets as the store didn't have any but it was still wonderful. My very picky four year old had 3 helpings!

Couldn't even tell the roast had the dressing on it and it was very tough...I will definitely stick to my roasts being cooked in the crock pot...disappointed

My husband and I loved this recipe. I don't normally eat the meats of the meals that I make and I ate 1/3 of the roast. The flavor was just fantastic. I have sent this recipe to many friends and family. It is so good and quite easy, I will definitely make it again and again.

The pork came out very tender and had great flavor. I placed the pork in a baggy and douced the dressing and let it marinade overnight. I grilled it though instead of baking and had different sides. It got a little burnt around the outside but the inside was very tasty,
