It was tasty but my family and I prefer a little more spice. The potatoes and vegetables came out good. I would suggest adding more dressing or combining a few other spices on the meat. It was a rather bland. I will make it again but I will try to spruce it up a bit.

A great pork roast recipe! My husband loved it! I omitted the beets, added sliced garlic and mushrooms. I also used extra carrots . It's very easy to prepare and was a hit.

I made this recipe with pork tenderloin and I took out the beets, it was incredible. I had no left overs which is rare in my house!!

I took a chance and made this for the first time for company. It was a big hit!! Everyone loved it. I especially liked the beets with the dressing and pork roast. We have had it a time or two since. A new family favorite!

I used quartered sweet potatoes, white potatoes, carrots, onions and green pepper. During the busy holiday season, it's nice to have a meal that you can put together, throw in the oven and let it cook. I will most likely make this again!

Good recipe, the beets dye everything red but very good. I used a 2 pork tenderloins instead of a roast, cooked until meat was 150 degrees, about 1 1/2 hrs.

Very flavourful. Followed the recipe and added a tablespoon of tabasco mash to the baking dish just before baking. Vegetables turned out good too!!!

I didn't have Catalina, so I used Viva Italian. It was awesome. My whole family loved it and they are extremely picky.
