It was tastey, but not as tastey as I had hoped considering the prep time for the red pepper sauce. I would only make this for guests for a nice presentation fish meal.

This recipe was so delicious! My family loved it and the sauce is very simple to make. I'll be making it again tonight for a dinner party!

It had a great flavor, hubby loved it! I do recommend adding a little more garlic to the sauce and actually putting some onions with the ingredients to blend. Salt and a little pepper does add something to it as well. Overall, great recipe and will make again!

This was very easy to make (a little messy) But worth it! I added marinated artichoke hearts to the red pepper sauce, it was soooo good! I loved this dish and will make it again.

Made this for dinner tonight and loved it!!! I'm not a huge fan of roasted red peppers but I loved this sauce! The fish cooked in the dressing had such great flavor and the sauce complimented it perfectly. This is a keeper!

It's quick and easy. Fish is moist for once. It's even great without the sauce which makes it even faster!!!!! I have already pasted this recipe on to others.

Was very good. Even the kids liked it. Left out the cilantro. Will make it again!

It was good, but next time I would not used cilantro it was a bit to much, also I would not blend the red pepper sauce it was a bit to runny and I would warm it up before pouring it on the fish. I used talapia instead of cod.
