I made this over the holidays and served several times. It was very tasty. I thought it was easy to make. The rosemary Triscuits were a tad bit salty so I used Wheat Thins.

I tried this recipe for a Christmas Eve appetizer buffet. It was excellent! Very easy to make and went over very well at the party. I also found that you can increase the cream cheese to 12 oz. and the mozzarella to 1/2 cup without really changing the flavor of the spread. You can also substitute canned crabmeat for the shrimp and get a spread that tastes like crab rangoon filling. I will definitely be making this again!

This was a real crowd pleasers! The rosemary crackers did not go over so well but I also bought triangle triscuits which did.

It's very easy to make and everyone loves it-so much I'm making it again for our holiday party. The Triscuits are a bit salty with this recipe so I used a different cracker and it worked better.

Easy to make. I also added 1/4 cup parmesan cheese... made the flavor a bit richer i believe. The Rosemary/Olive Oil Triscuits are AWESOME and really make the appetizer.. It's ok with regular Triscuits...
