I must admit that I was skeptical about this one but boy was I wrong! The oranges give it a light sweet flavor which is perfect for hot day picnics.

I agree with some others that it needs cilantro. also the addition of another fruit and cutting the pieces a little smaller makes this an excellent salsa for a variety of other uses as well.

This a good and simple salsa. The only thing I would recommend is to put in a half cup of red onions and less parsley. This recipe is very adaptable to your personal taste.

good and simple. Something that needs to be served and eaten immediately otherwise gets very juicy. Used plain trisquits and cilantro instead of parsley.

This is a great recipe. I made it for a bridal party and it got alot of compliments. I followed the recipe as called for however next time I would use cilantro not parsley. And I didn't like the Rosemary crackers, I used the original Triscuits, much better. Makes a great left over salsa too.

This is one of the best recipes I've ever made. I made it for my house warming party this past weekend and everyone loved it! I substituted cilantro instead of the parsley and added a tablespoon of mango juice. I used the triscuits that are recommended and tortilla chips just for some variety. very good!!!

This is a great recipe, simple to make and so perfect. We use as a dip with chips or I make fish tacos by grilling talapia or mahi and topping with this salsa.

This was really good. Very refreshing! Great summer salsa. I put my tomatoes in a food processor... don't do that. It makes it to runny. Just chop-up the tomatoes like the recipe says. Will definetly make again.
