Everyone raves about this salsa. I made it for 3 different parties this holiday season, and at each, I was asked for the recipe. One alteration: I slice the orange segments in two rather than leaving them whole.

1st time made it exactly = 5 stars! 2nd time used other fruits on hand --- each time 5 stars! From large at home meals to outdoor picnic events this has been a favorite each time! For dipping, I bake flour tortillas sprinkled w/ sugar/cinnamon for an extra treat. Great!

Great dip! It was quick and easy to make. Everyone raved about it. I would definitely serve it again, and make sure to get the right Triscuits. The flavors go perfectly together.

This is a very good salsa. I really liked it with the Triscuits. The flavors blend well, I would make it again but my husband does not like onions so I would make it for a big function or in this case I made it for a bridal shower and again the guests loved, they also wanted the recipe.

At first it sounded strange, tomatoes with oranges, but my goodness was this good. I keep making it over and over. It is soooooo good.

I made this salsa for a picnic & everyone loved it! I did cut the mandarin oranges into 3rds though. It was extremely easy to make & already a few people had asked me to make it again soon.
