First let me say that my husband hates when I try a new recipe. He loved it! the chicken was gone in minutes. I loved it, as well as my son. I too, had problems getting the bbq sauce to stick, but I patted it dry, & it worked for the most part. I didn't have a rack to cook it on, but it wasn't to soggy. I'm gonna try different meats. I give it a A++!

It was a good idea gone wrong. The coating was soggy and most of it stuck to the pan. I ended up throwing it away cause i could only make myself eat two pices. I forgot to season the chicken, so it had no flavor whatsoever. Just bad all around.

Although I had a hard time getting the shake n bake stick to the chicken, it was very good. The chicken was very juicy, which I loved.

Chicken was very tasty, however i had a problem with the crust staying on the chicken. Maybe next time i'll try the baking it on a rack to prevent the crust from being mushy. but over all, it was good

LOVED IT! I love BBQ chicken and this was amazing! My husband told me that it tasted like something that would come from KFC. I used a Hickory/Maple syrup flavored BBQ sauce and cooked the chicken on racks in a baking dish to prevent the coating from turning mushy.

Mushy! Although the chicken was very moist, the coating came out mushy. I also needed more than one pack of shake n' bake.

My daughter doesn't like shake and bake....nor does she like barbecue chicken. Add them together and she loved it! Very easy to make and quite tasty.
