I added some green peppers, used lowfat cream of chicken instead of celery (because that's what I had in my pantry), topped it with lowfat cheddar cheese before the topping, which I used ritz crackers instead. I added some salt and pepper... THIS WAS AWESOME! my two year old loved it!!

This recipe was a big hit with my family, including my 2 year old! It was easy to make and I had most of the ingredients on hand. I used frozen broccoli (put in the last minute or two of boiling the noodles) instead of the red peppers and I used dill pickle chips for the topping, which was excellent!!

Quick, easy. We used ranch Wheat Thins rather than chips. My pickiest eater enjoyed it.

I've made a similar recipe for years that includes a little garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and a cup of frozen mixed veggies. Using the boxed Kraft mac and cheese mix gives it great flavor. Also, sprinkle whatever kind of cheese I might have on top before adding the crushed chips or cheese cracker.

My kids loved it, and I don't care for warm tuna, but it was really good!

I was impressed at how good this was considering you start with a box of mac and cheese! It's a lot like my mom's...and she cooked from scratch! The kids loved it, too.

This was an amazing tuna casserole! I have a very picky eater in my home and she refilled her plate three times. I heeded the advice from other reviews and used ritz crackers as my topper and I substituted frozen peas/carrots for the red bell pepper. This will be made again in our home.

This is a nice variation of the tried and true tuna casserole. The potatoe chips give it a nice crunch. We usually use frozen peas but the red peppers are good too.
