I am not a big fan of tuna, but with this recipe the other ingrediants mellowed it out. I would make it again, maybe more veggies!

I have a similar recipe that doesn't use mac & cheese. It is tuna salad casserole, with boiled eggs and celery with cream of chicken or cream of celery soup and mayo topped with the chips. My family loves it. I will try this one.

When I was ten my father sent me to a children's cooking school sponsered by the Houston Lighting and Power Co. We were given a cook book and this recipe was in there back in 1952. My parents allowed me to make it many times until even I was sick of it but when I became a mother of five children, I pulled this out to recycle and loved it all over again. Thanks for the memories. I will probably make it this week-end now that you've brought it to mind again.

I make this recipe quite often. I use Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese, Cream of Mushroom soup, frozen peas and carrots. Then I top it off with half a packet of Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese and a heavy dusting of dried Parsley. Great to look at, delicious to eat!

I accidently bought the deluxe mac and chz dinner, so I only used half the macaroni. I also used ritz crackers instead of chips, and it was great! Easy meal to make after a long day at work :)

I spiced this recipe up w/ chili powder, cumin, fresh ground black pepper and used sesame crackers instead of chips. It is very good if you like spicy food!!
