Excellent Recipe. A family favorite.
My entire family loved it! I added some garlic, salt, pepper, onion salt and garlic salt. I also used whipping cream and added some milk as others had said the sauce was a bit runny. Overall my two picky toddlers loved the cheese tortilini. We will keep this one!
I liked how easy this sauce was. Since I used sausage tortelloni, I omitted the ham and I also cooked the pasta before adding to the sauce. Delicious.
Yum! Everyone loved it and it was so easy to make that my 5 year old recited the contents to his pre-school teacher the next day. I used a little more parm. cheese and 1/2 heavy whipping cream, 1/2 milk. I also added a large can of drained mushrooms and some thawed frozen spinich. This was an absolute hit!
We thought this was very good. It did need some spices though, so I added some garlic salt and onion powder, and I used Kraft's shredded parmesan instead of grated. I also cut up a ham steak because we like our ham chunky plus it's more flavorful than the lunchmeat ham. Overall, it was quick and easy to make, with minimal clean up and prep time. We'll be making this again!!!
This was just a so so dinner. I also thought the sauce was a little runny but heated thicker when left over. To me it was a little bland. I added minced garlic, and italian spices but the dish still needed more flavor. It was fast and easy however, I think my next try I may make it with whipping cream rather than milk. It may be that sweet alfredo taste that I think the dish is missing This was a great week night meal.
Very quick and easy to make, not as good as from when you order out, but for a quick dinner, it tastes good.

Both my husband and I enjoyed this dish. I used half and half instead of milk because many comments said it was runny. I think that the milk would have been fine as this was a little too dry. I cooked the sauce before adding the other ingredients and this may have helped to thicken and to get the ingredients incorporated (cream cheese melted, etc). I used shrimp instead of ham and used a roasted garlic tortellini. Otherwise, it would have been very bland.
