Once I had the recipe done, I tasted it, and it needed something more (as with a lot of recipes on this site, some are kind of bland). I added a teaspoon of ground cumin as well. And about a cup of cubed velveeta--it adds more creaminess and a little extra salt. So it's probably not considered a "healthy" choice now, but it was pretty tasty! And has a serving of veggies hidden in it!
