I really liked this meal, with a few tweaks. I seasoned the meat with seasoned salt and added half an onion chopped. I only had 1/2 tsp of chili powder left so I added some paprika and cayenne as well. I replaced the water with broth and added a dash more liquid, I also left out the broccoli.

Once I had the recipe done, I tasted it, and it needed something more (as with a lot of recipes on this site, some are kind of bland). I added a teaspoon of ground cumin as well. And about a cup of cubed velveeta--it adds more creaminess and a little extra salt. So it's probably not considered a "healthy" choice now, but it was pretty tasty! And has a serving of veggies hidden in it!

My husband and I really loved this. For me it was really easy and quick to make and to prepare. We will definitely make this one again. It's a keeper!

It was good, not as flavorful as we would like but everyone ate it. I might tweek it a bit and add more spices. I would of prefered peppers and onions to broccoli.

This dish was very dry; I added more chili powder than called for, but still bland. It was a quick and simple dish to prepare, and would make it again. Next time I believe I will try it with canned corn and picante sauce...A tex-mex feel!

My family loved this recipe and I did not have any left overs for my husband to take to work. He was a bit dissapointed. This has now been added to our menu.

I used honey bbq instead of ketchup and corn instead of broccoli. It made for a unique and tasty dish!!
