15-Minute Chili-Cheeseburger Skillet

I tried this recipe because it sounded quick and easy, which it was. It was not however, very tasty. I would not make it again.

This dish was quick and very easy to make. I would however, make a note to add in a little more chili powder than directed. I also added in some blended taco cheese. YUM!

Husband and kids both loved it! Very easy...low stress meal.

This is delicious and super fast to make. My kids loved it because it was mac & cheese, something they love, as a base.

My husband thought it was a little heavy on the chili powder. I used frozen broccoli and pre-cooked it, so it wouldn't be cold in the middle. I ended up with only about a cup of broccoli, and next time I'd do more. Quick and easy.

I usually add ground turkey and veggies in mac & cheese anyway. The chili powder and the ketchup give it a more interesting flavor than plain old mac & cheese. Although not an elegant dish, it's super easy and quick, and my family enjoys it.

I'll add less broccoli next time. Was pretty good, on reheat as well.

This recipe was quick, fast, and filling. I made this as a main dish because I was so pressed for time. It took me about 25 minutes from start to finish, but I doubled the recipe because of the family size. Clean-up too was quick.... not a lot of pots and pans to wash. I would definately recommend this recipe to anyone who is pressed for time, and wants a filling meal.
