My guys loved this & they are hard to please. I read the comments before fixing & added 1/2 c. of Fat Free Zesty Italian dressing instead of 1/4 c. Then I added Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning. I aslo put in a chopped red pepper. Plus I used brown rice instead of white, which I always think adds a little more flavor. We will have this frequently at our house.

This was VERY bland..You need to play with ingredients to make it flavorful..Don't recommend and would not make again...

I made this just to try a different flavor. The kids ate it, but weren't thrilled with it. It was okay, But I wouldn't make it again.

I really enjoyed this recipe - it had a different flavor than the meals I usually make so it was a welcomed change! It's really tangy and I love cheese so that made it really yummy. I'm interested in making this again, as well as trying the variations.

As others said - bland. Add salt, pepper, more broccoli, etc.

Normally, my kids won't eat rice, but they loved this recipe. Judging from previous comments, the recipe seems to be bland with beef. I made the recipe with extra lean ground chicken. It worked really well.
