These were a qick and easy during the week meal and my husband liked them also. I double the recipe and had enough for extra meals!

Adjustments needed: one egg, must drain after 10 min.cooking and double (if not triple) the cheese in with the meat. Otherwise it taste like meatloaf. With those adjustments, it was really good and my family asked for it again. I made it with homemade mac-n-cheese. Yummy.

This really didn't turn out to be anything special. I added an egg after reading other reviews, and it basically tasted like meatloaf. Not bad tasting, but not too exciting either. I'll try another recipe next time.

I mixed 1/2 BBQ sauce and 1/2 ketchup for this recipe. It was really good and the kids really liked it.

We made this with french fries, it was tasty. It would be good for an appetizer too. It was very greasy, I had to drain the grease after the first 15 minutes.
